I'm Lindsey Gentile—a NASM, AFAA, APFA, and ACE certified personal trainer, health and wellness coach, and prenatal/postpartum specialist. But more than my certifications, what drives me is a simple belief: fitness should empower you, not exhaust you.

Whether we're working on core strength, injury rehabilitation, prenatal wellness, or simply getting you moving again after years away from fitness, I'll meet you exactly where you are. I modify every workout to your health goals, working with and around any injuries or limitations. My job isn't to push you until you break—it's to educate and support you so that your fitness journey doesn't stop with me, it starts with me.
